Access

By car: Argolida Prefecture is located in the northwest part of Peloponnese and its capital is Nafplio. It is an easily accessible prefecture especially from Athens that is approximately 140km away, i.e. one and a half to two hours long through the new national road. Nafplio is 60km away from Korinthos, 58km away from Tripolis and 180km away from Patra.

By bus: The long-distance bus network of the prefecture connects it daily with Athens as well as with other cities of the Peloponnese. For your domestic transportation you can use the local buses of Argolida.

By train: The railway network connects the prefecture with Korinthos and Piraeus. The route to Piraeus takes about three hours and to Korinthos about one hour. The railway station is located near the port of Nafplio.
