Skala is the harbor of the island and faces towards the East. Once you see the harbor, Skala is from the rock of Agia Paraskevi (area of Konsolato) on the left side of the harbor up until the first turn to Kampos (area of Netia, on the road to Meloi) on the right side of the harbor. After a 10-minute walk you can reach the western of the island, Chochlakas.
During the summer, Skala is teeming with people and has lots of choices to offer. You will find there a wide range of goods and services, as well as lots of different shops: modern and traditional, religious and trendy, fashionable and folklore, souvenirs for tourists and religious icons. You also have lots of choices when it comes to food and drink: taverns, crepes, traditional souvlaki, restaurants, fish-taverns, cafes and bars.
