Access

By boat: Spetses are connected on a daily basis with the harbor of Piraeus through speed boats (about 2 hours). The timetable varies according to the season of the year.

By car: You have the choice to drive up to Kosta in Argolida (about 180 kilometers away from Athens) and then get to Spetses by sea taxi, boat or ferry boat (a distance of 1,5 miles). You can also reach Spetses by sea taxi through Ermioni, Porto Heli and Ydra.
 
Local transportation 

Cars are not allowed on the island and motorcycles can only travel according to a strict timetable (they are not allowed on the coastal road from 19:30 to 2:30). However, there are buses that can take you to all the important locations of the island.

Marinas: If you visit Spetses by boat, you can anchor either in the old harbor or in the new and supply with anything you might need.
