Access

By boat: Another island that is closed to Rhodes is Tilos. Timetables from Piraeus are not so often and the journey lasts about 16 hours. So you can go to Rhodes or Kos and from there take a boat and in one hour and a half you’ll reach your destination.
If you access the island with your own boat you can anchor in the port of Livadakia, where there is also a replenishment station.

By plane: The airports of Rhodes and Kos are available, since there isn’t an airport on the island. In Rhodes as well as in Kos too there is an often timetable and the airports are also connected with other Greek and international airports. By the time you reach one of the islands, again take a boat and you’ll be arriving at Tilos within an hour and a half.

Local transportations
Despite the small size of the island you will find a bus that connects the main villages every two hours. The island road network is also developed and you can easily use your own mean or a taxi.
