San Lorenzo is a new cheese factory which combines love of cheese making with love to tradition. They aim to produce pure traditional cheese products of Tinos and the Cyclades, to highlight the quality and nutritional value and to make the larger public in the Cyclades and in Greece, experience them. Giannis Armaos produces cheese with faith in the tradition but contemporary look at the disposal and the consumption of the products. Balaki, petroma, Kopanisti, graviera cheese, fresh butter are some of his products. In your exploration of the island is worth visiting Kehros and the cheese factory for you to meet its tastes, an integral part of the local gastronomy!
