Polygyros Carnival Festival: It lasts 12 days and attracts visitors from all over Greece. A float parade takes place and there is plenty of music, dancing and drinking.
20 June - 30 June: Kleidonas Festival: It takes place in Kallikrateia and hosts a number of cultural events.
1-10 July : Sardine Festival in Nea Moudania
End of July: Swimming across Toronaios in Nikiti
Last three days of July: Olive Festival in Olynthos. The last day a concert takes place and people offer tsipouro and olives.
