Only a few steps lead to this underground spring about which Homer has written. This means that people used to drink water at this point for thousands of years. You will find the spring at the entrance of the archaeological site.
Just outside Stavros and on the way to Exogi is Odysseus town, as according to Homer from this point, which offers an easy escape, you can see the three seas surrounding the Ithaki. Nowadays, there are no remains. However, if you get there you can pay a visit to the archaeological museum.
