The City Hall of Kavala was built in the end of 1890. It is one of the most unique and remarkable buildings of the city. It belonged to a Hungarian tobacco merchant and in 1937 became a property of the Municipality of Kavala. Its appearance reminds us of towers of medieval castles, while the gothic architecture of the Renaissance in the arches and windows completes the unique beauty of the building.
