A three-story building with loopholes and a wooden footbridge that could be raised and lowered. The village owes its name to the tower, as the settlement thrived gradually around the Tower.

This is a castle on a hilltop near the homonymous village. Its courtyard contains five towers, one at each vertex of a pentagonal wall. A strategic point, from which there is visibility as far as Akrocorinthos, the Armenokastro in Argolida and Larissa of Argos.
