The starting point is Hotel Katafigi and the destination is Katsaradika. 6,4 km ascent and reaches 1680 meters altitude from the 1450 m. On the way you will get information about the flora of the region and you will come across small churches.
You go back with downhill 7.1 km and arrive in the village, on the way you will enjoy the lake view. Arriving in the village will follow the ring road of the village ending in the house of Alexis Zorbas, the legendary hero of Nikos Kazantzakis.
The route ends at the hotel.
