Access

By boat: The only way to access Psara by boat. From Piraeus port you can access Chios and there you take “Panagia Psariani” in order to reach your destination. The island is connected with Chios the whole year and two times a week with Lavrio port. During the summer it is also connected with Mytilini. It is also a stopover when it comes to itineraries starting from Syros, Tinos, Kythnos, Ikaria and Samos.

By plane: There isn’t an airport on the island, but you can take a plane to Chios and from there with a boat from Volissos port (at the north part of Chios) you’ll reach Psara.
