The Archaeological Museum of Rhodes is housed in an impressive building of Gothic order, where the hospital of the Knights used to be. It consists of fifteen halls, which include exhibits from the Mycenaean to the Hellenistic period. Moreover, its main exhibits include the embossed tombstones of the Knights, knightly emblems as well as statues of the Classical period. The exhibits come from the island of Rhodes as well as from other islands of the Aegean Sea. Opening Hours: Summer: Monday 09:00-16:00, Tuesday-Sunday 08:00-19:40, Winter: Daily 08:30-15:00 except for Monday.
