An area aiming at presenting what its name indicates - “Santorini of the Past”. It is a trip to the island’s past through the daily life of the inhabitants. Integral parts of it are the production of wine, the production of tomato puree from the small, arid-grown tomato of Santorini, and the process of fava. Through the representations of the works of the inhabitants, of its houses and the photographic material, you will be transferred to Santorini at the end of the 19^th century and the beginnings of the 20^th century. “Santorini of the Past” is housed in an old canava (old winery) from 1895.
