This museum presents the evolution of musical instruments from 2800 BC until the early 20th century. Their reconstruction was conducted by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, which offered more than 80 instruments and provided information on the musical tradition of each location and on the evolution of civilization. This is a collection of ancient, Byzantine and Post-Byzantine musical instruments by Mr. Christodoulos Chalaris. For visiting the museum contact: (+30) 6944423666
