Long beach in the north, with pebbles, ideal for relaxing. Because of its position is exposed to strong north winds of summer.
At the south cove of Livadi there are four sandy beaches, which gather many people. The beaches of Avlomonas, Livadi, and Livadakia, which are organized, and more south the beach Karavi, which owes its name to the two shipwrecks located there.
At the south cove of Koutalas the beaches of Koutalas are located, in front of the homonymous settlement, Ganema and Vagia. These beaches combine sand and pebbles, have natural shadow below the trees, and the beauty of Vagia is protected by Natura 2000. This is a beach worth visiting since it is considered to be one of the best on the island.
At the west part of Serifos the bay of Megalo Livadi is located, with the homonymous settlement, which once experienced great prosperity from the mines. The Megalo Livadi beach has clear, shallow waters and natural shadow, while during your visit you can see the old Headquarters of the Mines, as well as the remnants of the mines. The sunset...
The beach had been honored in 2003 as being the best beach in Europe. A wonderful golden beach in the arms of a bay to the east of Serifos. The calm, friendly beach with gentle slope and shade of tamarisks is ideal for children and adults which make it relatively busy.
