A monastery that is closely connected with the Daponte family, who built it and offered a lot to it. It is built on a hill with fortification architecture since the temple is surrounded by a wall. The temple, in the shape of a cross with a dome, has in its interior a woodcut, gold plated screen with rich adornment, as well as icons from the 16^th and the 18^th century. At a close distance you will also find the Monastery of the Transfiguration of the Christ.
