It was built in 1845 as it was also destroyed by the earthquakes of 1829. It is a three-aisled basilica, wide at the centre and narrow at the sides. According to an inscription, its bell tower was built a bit after the construction of the church, specifically in 1874. The women’s quarters have the shape of the letter Π of the Greek alphabet. The icon of Agia Paraskevi gathers many gifts from devotees, who attribute their health to the saint’s intervention.
