In the south of the prefecture, near the Kali Limenes is Agiofarago, with access via a dirt road from the Monastery of the Odigitria. You can drive up to a point and then walk along a fairly easy path, which leads you after 20-30 minutes to a beautiful beach. On the way you will pass the church of Agios Antonios, where you can refresh yourself with a drink of fresh, clean water from its well. You will encounter a number of caves where monks have traditionally dwelt. Walking towards the beach, you will see a fair number of agile young goats bounding atop the rocks.
