Not exactly beaches, these popular swimming spots are coves surrounded by rocks. Located within walking distance from the west side of the port of Hydra, access to them is quite easy. You’ll know you’ve arrived as you see local adolescents spontaneously shedding their clothes and leaping into the crystal clear waters. If cliff-diving isn’t your thing, there are staircases that will take you down to the edge of the water. The neighborhood is also home to some fantastic seaside café-bars literally hanging off the cliff, as well as at least one excellent seafood restaurant.
