It is located in the northeastern part of Konitsa, in the valley of Sarantaporo and near the borders with Western Macedonia, between the villages of Plagia and Drosopigi (in the past it was also known as Zerma and Kantsiko). The bridge of Zerma crosses Sarantaporo in its narrowest point. According to Th. Ziogas, the bridge was built in 1747. He bases that on a tablet found in Plagia. You can reach the bridge while driving from Plagia towards Drosopigi.
