On the way to Portaria, on the 5th km and on your right, you will see the Hill of Episkopi which, as the ruins reveal, it was inhabited in the ancient years. The hill of Episkopi belongs to the Municipality of Iolkos. A cobbled path leads to the top of the hill. There is preserved until today, the ancient, three aisled Basilica without a dome church, devoted to the Dormition of the Theotokos.
