You would like to discover the natural beauty of Pelion? The Moutzouris train has its four wagons ready for a 90 minutes ride from Lechonia to Milies and back, with one 15 minute stop in Gatzea. This historic train, which started operating at the beginning of the 20th century, goes through Pelion daily, from spring until autumn. The narrowest train tracks in the world, only 60 cm, take the Moutzouris along a route which offers views, rich in natural beauty, constructions and various sights. A couple of which are the five-arched bridge in Malaki area, and the metal bridge constructed by the Taxiarchis or De Chirico. Tickets: € 10 for adults and € 6 for children, or € 18 and € 10 return, respectively. The train of Pelion is available for rides throughout the year.
