The Cave of the Revelation is where John the Theologian heard the voice of God during his exile (A.D. 95), and dictated the Revelation (last book of the Bible) to his student Prochoros. It is a center of pilgrimage for Christians, and many people from all over the world come here every year. There are guided tours during the summer months.
