Panagia Krina is located near Vavili and to the southwest of Kambia. It is one of the oldest churches in Chios, built in 1287. The Byzantine masons proofed that architecture is art by building a magnificent edifice that seems hovering in the air. Its murals will excite your senses by their tranquility. Some of the murals (about 12) are hosted in the Ioustiniani Building in the city center of Chios. Located near Chora is one of the places you should definitely visit!
