This place hosts findings from Ancient Karystia, being a museum, a theatre and a library at the same time. Beyond the expected sculptures of the Classical, Hellenistic and Roman periods, in the museum there are also findings from the famous “drakospita”, the house of dragons, supernatural beings, based on which the people have created so many stories. Some other exhibits of this small yet interesting museum are inscriptions in ancient Greek and clay figurines.
