Here was filmed the movie “deep end”. The beach is located in the homonymous village of southern Evia, on the side of the Aegean Sea. It has crystal clear deep waters, big pebbles and coarse sand. The beach is 8 kilometers away from the village and you’ll get there from the 2 kilometers long, but in good condition, dirt road. You should also visit the byzantine chapel of Agios Dimitrios, dating back to the 11th century A.D. A small beach with some free campers at times, not crowded and without beach bars, cafeterias, beach chairs or taverns. It is a place to forget the daily routine and become one with nature.
