There are two beaches on the west side of the island, in southern Evia, outside Marmari. The first is well known and easily accessible, has a beach bar and is quite crowded in the summer. The second is accessible only by car, is much more quiet and perfect for those who want to relax. Both have the characteristics of the beaches washed by the waters of the Evian; small trees, mainly tamarisk trees, sand, clean waters, rich seabed and some small waves. It’s worth mentioning that on the second beach you’ll see many tied small boats, creating a picturesque image.
