If you are a member of a mountaineering team or if you enjoy hiking, get organized into a group and climb up to the monastery of St. George, outside the Mineral Baths of Aidipsos, in the village Ilia, northwestern Evia. This path is unique, as it is rare to see so many oaks in a forest. You will reach the peak Gimno and a surprise will be waiting for you on your way down: Dafnokouki waterfall, between green trees, rocks and singing birds, is a magic landscape with crystal waters falling rashly in a small lake.
