Access
Schinoussa has ferry connection to the port of Piraeus and Rafina (trip lasts about 8 hours), with frequencies varying depending on the season. The island has frequent connection to the neighboring island of Naxos, Paros, Syros, the other Small Cyclades (Donousa Koufonisia Heraklion) and Amorgos. Schinoussa has no airport, the nearest airports are in Naxos and Paros, but has a helipad.

Useful information
- There is a boat in Mersini making the tour of the island, reaching several beaches.
- On the island you will not find buses and taxis, but the distances are small and can be done on foot or by hitchhiking, if you do not have your own vehicle.
- In Schinoussa there are no banks but you will find ATM machine.
