Located near Lithi, it was mapped in 2003 by the Hellenic Speleological and Exploration Club and the Chian Consideration Center "Pelineo". The corridors of the cave are approximately 370m in length, while its natural colorations combined with the complete absence of human interventions make it a pristine jewel among the caves. According to experts, its creation was completed in two phases: during the Jurassic period (150 millions of years before) and the Cenozoic period (65 millions of years before). It is the third of the most significant breaches in Chios. However, it hasn't been set off to advantage due to its demanding and inaccessible passages. It is only visited by speleologists, who have the privilege of observing closely its stony decoration.
