Kastri is a mountain village in Parnonas, built at approximately 650m in altitude. It is located in a divine location, surrounded by a forest with plentiful water and hidden in platans, chestnut and cherry trees. It's the largest village in a group of seven villages: Mesorachi, Nea Chora, Oria, Elatos, Karatoulas and Perdikovrisi. The village's heart beats in the main square. The most stores, coffee houses and taverns are located around this square. In Nea Chora, you will experience the oddness of the village's unfinished Byzantine church, in which there is another latter-day chapel.
