The first scientific investigation in this cave was in 1892, but it has been open to the public since 2011. Its size, the human remains, the plurality and the rareness of its coloration have labeled it as one of the most significant caves in Europe. It is surrounded by active and inactive sinkholes that compose enchanting misty sceneries on rainy days.
