Domnista is the first village you will meet in Evrytania on the road from Nafpaktos through Arachova. With the wild flower’s scent in the air, the leaves of the trees giving a golden color to winter and the snow covered balconies, Domnista is a holiday resort graced by the scenery of the mountains. The area is full of ancient findings as the settlement of Fantinos, important centre of Evrytania, used to be located there during the ancient times. If you make a stroll through the village you will see the Folklore Museum that is housed in the Gymnasium, traditional kafenio and lots of other beautiful images.
