This village with an amazing view to the Chora camp is located near Pythagorio. Crossing the village from the main street you can admire the ornate ceramics exposed in the pottery workshops and shops with traditional products such as green soap and textiles, which are abundant in this small village. Samos is one of the few places in Greece that continues to produce oil soaps. The great monastery of Megali Panagia is one of the most famous sights of the island and was built in 1593 on the south part of the village, two kilometers from village Mylous.
