This museum was established in 2005 in a beautiful building owned by the Samos' Union of Vinecultural Cooperatives. Wherever you may look at, you see parts of the vinecultural history and tradition of the island. The building of the museum is a special exhibit itself, as even the walls are still "soaked" with Samian Muscat and Samian wines. The traditional winemaking technique, the tools, tanks and chemical lab instruments, as well as the construction barrels, which all are processes and tools used for the production of wine of the last century, are vividly described through the exhibits of the museum. Of course, you can visit the wine shop and buy various wine varieties produced on the island in excellent prices.
Opening hours: Working days and hours.
