Theopetra abstains 5km from Meteora.
The monolith of Theopetra is a limestone of good quality. The opened routes have occupied the most compact, most excellent regions of the rock, while certain routes have been cleaned up. There is a large variety in the type of bas-relief with more frequent the light negative bents.
Up to today 7 different sectors have been opened while the total number of corridors amounts to fifty, a number that also covers the athletic and traditional climbing.
