Although it is not easily accessed by an inexperienced climber, it is worth mentioning that it is considered to be not only one of the wildest gorges in Greece but also one of the most beautiful in Europe. Ha Gorge maintains its beauties inaccessible. The largest waterfall in Crete is located in this gorge. It is 215m in height with lakes, impressive rocks and remarkable flora and fauna. The gorge starts from a narrow opening at 370m in altitude. One can make it to its exit at 140m in altitude after consecutive descent techniques.
