Kouzina EPE is operating since 2008 and is located in the historic area of ​​Splanzia, in the old town of Chania. The flavors are mainly based on the Cretan and Mediterranean diet and are made of fresh pure ingredients locally produced. Traditional and forgotten recipes are combined with elements of a more contemporary cuisine to produce unique dishes able to satisfy even the most eclectic taste.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern and most welcoming. The menu, listed on a big blackboard, is being updated constantly depending on the season and the adequacy of the products needed for the recipes.
