Bougatsa Iordanis is a traditional delight of Chania, which is loved by both locals and foreign visitors. Their product is made of pure traditional materials, with the main filling component being the Pichtogalo Chanion (Protected Destination of Origin), a white cheese with acescent taste. For a sweeter experience, sugar can also be added on top. Since 1924, everyday, they produce, bake, and serve the required quantity for the day, guaranteeing this way the freshness of their product. They insist on this, with passion and decency.
