Near the settlement of Strymi and the cave of Maroneia there is the smaller cave of Strymi. Although it does not have the same interior as Maroneia, it is of historic importance as different stone weapons dating back to 3000 B.C were found. Finally, there are also some wall paintings that have been unfortunately destroyed due to the multiple invasions of the cave.
