The lake of Xirolimni is located near the village of Arogi. This lake is separated by the sea with a tiny strip of sand. It is a biotope of vital importance for lots of bird types such as the flamingo. There is also a hotel, a camping site and a fishing station nearby.
A relatively small lake with shallow waters. The surrounding scenery consists of marshes with salty waters, salt lakes and of course crops.
