In a beautiful natural creek formed in the Corinthian Gulf, is the municipality Tolophon with its capital ancient Eratini. Each May the municipality organizes a celebration that includes fireworks, complimentary grilled sardines and other local seafood.
Visitors to the area should check out Kallithea, for its eponymous beautiful view ‘Kalli Thea’. Meanwhile, in nearby Elea, one can enjoy entechni (art-folk-pop) music in the festivities that take place in the village square, home of the gorgeous church of Saint Efthimios Not far from Eratini, at the site known as Agios Nikolaos, ferry boats heading across the Gulf of Corinth, linking mainland Greece with the Peloponnese.  The area is also home to the picturesque fishing village of Glyfada, and the acropolis of the ancient city Antikyra, which remains in very good condition and gives adventurous visitors unforgettable memories thanks to its location.
